Arne Kainu, President and CEO
Before founding Centerstance, Arne was a Vice President with SBI and Company with responsibility for solution definition, client service, business development and engagement management. Prior to assuming this role at SBI, he was the Vice President and General Manager of the Northwest practice for Emerald Solutions, a former Internet professional services firm which was acquired by SBI and Company. Arne assists clients with complex solution planning, implementation and systems integration projects. He has over 17 years experience serving customers in a variety of industries including: Manufacturing, Utilities, Transportation, Financial Services, Telecommunications, Retail and Consumer Products. Arne began his career as a Senior Consultant with Andersen Consulting and later served with Claremont Technology Group as a Senior Manager in the Utilities Practice.

Arne holds degrees in Industrial Engineering and Business Administration from Oregon State University. He is certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) by the American Productivity and Inventory Control Society (APICS).

Mike Stout, VP, Sales and Marketing
Mike Stout brings 17 years of leadership and experience in the area of sales and marketing to Centerstance. During his career, Mike has worked with clients in meeting a broad range of IT services and technology needs in the high-tech, manufacturing, consumer products, government, and retail industries. Prior to joining Centerstance, Mike served five years with VHA as a Senior Account Manager and Technical Recruiter. Earlier, Mike was a Senior Technical Recruiter and Account Manager with Computer People Inc. (CPI) for five years. Before CPI, Mike held the position of Human Resource Director for Advanced Data Concepts, where he served in a leadership role for the company. Mike began his career with Samsung Semiconductor as a Technical Recruiter in the fiercely competitive Bay-area labor market.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Psychology with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Oregon.

Greg Lueck, Sr. Vice-President of Operations
Greg Lueck has over 20 years of management and consulting experience with a proven track record in strategy and organization development, large project/program management, P&L management, technical and organizational problem solving and work team development. After Greg left James River as the Director of Integrated Manufacturing he joined Cap Gemini to lead the Pacific Coast Business Unit. He was the Vice President responsible for managing those operations and then later for leading the start-up of a vertical market unit focused on the High Tech Sector. After a too brief retirement and a couple of years of independent consulting, Greg joins the leadership team at Centerstance.

Greg has a Bachelor of Science, Electrical & Computer Engineering, from the University of Wisconsin. He also is the Founder of Firehouse Glass, a public glass facility in Vancouver, Washington, where he has been heavily involved in the revitalization of the downtown.

Lisa Surber, Director of Professional Services
Lisa has over 10 years experience helping organizations solve complex business and technology problems. She has worked in a number of industries and companies ranging from the Federal government to Fortune 50 as well as startup operations in areas that include professional services operations, program management, organizational development, and business and technical strategy. Lisa started her career at IBM Global Services were she lead the development of the first Program Office for the Department of Justice. More recently, she has directed the development of various Professional Service and IT organizations while also providing management consulting services for large-scale application development, program turnarounds and strategic growth initiatives.

Lisa holds a PhD in Political Science and Law from the University of Massachusetts.

Liz Dooley, Senior Technical Recruiter and Account Manager
Liz Dooley has over nine years of high tech recruiting and business development experience. She has been working in the Portland market since 2000 as a recruiter and account manager and supports a wide variety of companies and people within the technology sector. In her role, she is part career coach, counselor and agent to some of the best and brightest in the technology realm. In a former life, Liz was a district manager (in Alaska) for a successful national retail company. Liz is actively involved in local professional organizations including the Software Association of Oregon (SAO), Women in Technology (WITI), Portland Female Executives, and Wired Women Web. Liz holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in German.

Jenny Curtis, Senior Technical Recruiter
Jenny has over eight years of full-cycle recruiting experience. She has recruited for a wide variety of positions and industries including Information Technology, Hardware/Software Engineering, and Finance/Accounting. Most recently, Jenny was a Senior Recruiter for Mentor Graphics supporting their world trade division. In her role, she really enjoys building strong relationships with candidates and clients. Jenny is involved with several professional organizations including Software Association of Oregon (SAO) and Women in Technology (WITI).

Jenny holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Pre-Law from Oregon State University.
